Currently, there seems to be a conflict between version 1.00 of WP Theme Showcase ext and i18n and Hackadelic Table Of Contents Boxes, if and only if my plugin is asked to display readme-links. Disable either, if the Showcase ext disappears.
I will report it to the author of Hackadelic TOC Boxes. As Showcase ext has its own indices, few, if any, will encounter this conflict.
